Yield: 300 ml

  • 45ml Colman's Hot English mustard 
  • 385 g  Condensed milk (1 tin)
  • 30-45 ml White vinegar 
  • 15 ml  Colman's Whole grain mustard

  2. Gradually add vinegar, ensuring thorough incorporation.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a sealable jar for storage.
  4. Allow the basting to refrigerate for at least one day to allow the flavours to meld and develop.
